• Googe Management will obtain an investigative consumer report.

• The report will includes, but is not limited to, rental history verification, credit check, employment verification and a national eviction search.

• The lease application package includes California's Consumer Rights Disclosure.

• Click on the Download button below for the full application package.

• Type all the required information directly into the downloaded form. 

• Include a photo of your drivers license or government issued ID.

• You must sign the form for it to be processed.

• Email the completed & signed form to info@googemanagement.com
